Men at Work - Down Under recording) Audio Sources: reel_to_reel's matrix of Austro/Canned Cows recording and Claire Laura Fredriksson's recording. (I would put an external link here to said recordings but YT won't let me - check the #bootlegs chat in the bmbmbm discord for more info) Video Sources: Coming soon! (if necessary rn tho you can see a list of usernames at the end of the video. All are plucked from either YouTube, Instagram or Twitter). (If I forgot to source you or something similar - please reach out and let me know!!) Notes: There is one clip here that is rather out of sync but considering I couldn't find the correct place for it in relation to the audio - I just stuck it somewhere that seemed right. Hopefully it's not too noticeable! (seriously though that clip did my head in - if it weren't for it I probably would have finished and uploaded this in June or something lol). I recorded the footage for Reggae! I've already noted this in the credits but just wanna chuck it here too (sorry about my fat bloody fingers lol). Of the 78-minute concert, this edit contains about 42-and-a-half-minutes of footage. That's 54.5% covered! Considering I only started with a couple min, that's not too bad methinks. If you count the first time I transferred video from my friends phone to my hard-drive as 'when this editing project started', then I officially started this project a little under 4 hours after the concert finished lol (and now here I am uploading it EXACTLY 1 YEAR LATER AAAAAARGGGGGHHH). Special thanks x2 to Claire Laura Fredriksson - not just for the audio but also for being bothered lending me access to some clips of theirs on Google Drive. I'm premiering the video at the exact same time the set started a year ago today - 10:29pm AEDT. I don't really think anyone's gonna stick around to watch it - I just thought it'd be a fun novelty to upload it that way. I've had requests for this and my Asbury show edit to be uploaded somewhere for archival purposes. I would do so - but both edits have ballooned AF file sizes and I don't wanna subject anyone to that. Does anyone have any decent idea on how to compress them without losing much? Or do people just want the raw 25gb exports? Let me know cuz I'm not sure what to do about it lol. No more notes!!! I'm just glad to have gotten this project finished LOL its been so fuckin' long.
